Description: The Beginner Knit Cowl Workshop will teach you how to cast on, knit, purl and bind off a chunky cowl-neck scarf in 2-hour sessions. The first session will cover casting on the project and learning the knit and purl stitches. In the next session, you’ll learn bind off and block your cowl-neck scarf! Supplies: Yarn, pattern, and needles will be provided. Please let us know if you have a wool allergy and we will find a suitable yarn alternative.

Skill Level: Complete Beginner- this class is suitable for anyone who has never knit before OR knows basic stitches and wants some extra guidance to take their knitting to the next level!

Homework:

• No homework prior to the first class session.

• For the second session, participants must complete the length of their cowl neck but stop before binding off- we’ll complete that step together!
