Description: The Crochet Market Bag Workshop will guide you through crocheting a functional and trendy market bag! The first session will start with the base and the mesh body of the bag, as well as going over how to switch colors when crocheting. Session two will finish off the body of the bag and the handles. Supplies: Yarn will be provided! Participants must bring a size 5mm (US H/8) crochet hook, stitch markers and a tapestry needle - feel free to come into Betsy’s to purchase these items here for 10% off!

Skill Level: Intermediate - Participants must be familiar with how to chain, single crochet and count stitches to join.

Homework:

• No homework prior to the first class session, we’ll set up the base together and get as far into the mesh body of the bag as we can.

• Participants should complete the mesh section of the bag at home before the second session. We will begin with the top edge of the bag and complete the handles together.
