Description: The Crochet Hot and Cold Eye Mask Workshop will guide you through creating a weighted, heating and cooling eye mask in two 2-hour sessions. The first session will cover starting the project and making the body of the eye mask. In the next session, we’ll customize your rice pack insert, sew it all together and add the straps! Supplies: Yarn, cotton liner, filling, essential oils, and pattern will be provided!

Skill Level: Adventurous Beginner- this class is suitable for those who know how to chain, single crochet and count stitches well.

Homework:

• No homework prior to the first class session.

• For the second session, participants must complete both halves of the eye mask and be ready to sew them together, add the liner and add straps.
